Vehicle Order Management System

LeasePlan opted for our team to meet their new requirement for creating a system supporting electronically processed vehicle order management.

The web application that we designed is accessible from any a browser with added features in terms of system security. According to the client’s wish, great attention was given to a transparent, uncomplicated and a truly user-friendly interface.

We designed a user interface definition system and XML-based communication using XML files. Application design allows the change of configuration and process workflows only by changing the back-end XML settings.

A standard requirement imposed for this model is that the functionality is maintained even if the system is momentarily not accessible. Even under those circumstances, the application does not allow the user to execute any modifications which would later not be acceptable due to system inaccessibility.
