Requirement:
Consulting and technology company Ness Logos approached us with the requirement to cooperate in developing web application for one of its customers, a major manufacturer of cosmetic products.

So far, the calculation of commissions was ensuring by a similar application, but the whole customer company migrated to a new complex system. So, it was necessary to replace the old unsatisfactory application for commissions by new one, which would meet the demanding requirements of the new system. The existing application was quite inflexible and required relatively frequent interventions of the human factor. There was a very limited possibility to create reports. The fact that the application failed to retain historical data was unpleasant as well.
Solution:
MEMOS created a web application which is able to meet all demands for more complex process of commissions calculating. Now, setting of the calculations is very flexible and program allows you to set the process according to current needs. For example, there is not a problem to entered a bonus for the selected vendor in th selected period into the system. Web application also offers advanced options for reporting statistics, so you can easily see summaries of individual sales consultants in the branches. The new system solved the problem of storing historical data as well.
Data of sales consultants that are needed to calculate the commissions are imported into the application via the existing internal company system at regular intervals.
Web application is programmed using ASP.NET technology and data is stored on the database server Microsoft SQL Server.
