Requirement
INPUT demanded a solution which implements one-way synchronization of the business opportunities, contacts and documents from the INPUT database to the SalesForce web CRM system. Transfer quickness and a reliability of the whole solution were the main points we were interested in.
Solution
A synchronization adapter is created in the form of ASP.NET application integrated in the current INPUT CRM system (created by force of Macromedia ColdFusion). This application receives information about synchronized business opportunities via attributes. The system automatically obtains all data needed from the INPUT database and inserts them into the SalesForce database.
