eWay-CRM implementation request:
Technology centre AS CR has contacted us on virtue of our eWay-CRM system implementation. Technology centre has requested some of our standard eWay-CRM modules and also one new module in the form of the database of technology offers and technology requests.
eWay-CRM implementation solution:
We have modified our eWay-CRM Simple software and we have developed new TO/TR module based on Technology centre's request. From our current solution, we have used some modules - Companies, Contacts, Interactions, Actions, Documents and Emails. Technology centre has delivered us data from their databases in the form of MS Access files and we have transformed them and have inserted them into eWay-CRM system.
This application is fully integrated into
MS Outlook environment in which new toolbar for work with this application appears. Directly from
MS Outlook, creating of new records, reading, editing and deleting of existing records and making relations between records and modules are possible. From other capabilities of this
eWay-CRM implementation, we can name sorting and filtering of records or records export into CSV.
