Company CubeTeam which is focusing on software development and providing consultations in the field of Lotus Notes (Lotus Domino Server) approached MEMOS Software as a specialist on MS Outlook / MS Exchange solutions.
CubeTeam was looking for a long term partner in order to develop and provide support for a solution which would enable the synchronization between the Lotus Domino Server and MS Outlook / MS Exchange for their customer from abroad doing business in investments and export.
Solution:
MEMOS Software designed and developed a solution based on the synchronization modules in cooperation with the CubeTeam Company.
This solution consists of two separate parts: MS Outlook Add-in and MS Exchange Synchronization Application.

MS Outlook Add-in was developed for the purpose of linking of the emails (incoming, outgoing) from MS Outlook with the projects from Lotus Domino Server. MS Outlook Add-in also allows the automatic linking functionality, opening of the projects via URL directly from MS Outlook, user pre-configuration etc.
MS Exchange synchronization application was developed in order to provide one way synchronization of contacts between Lotus Domino Server and MS Exchange. The synchronization is done periodicaly based on the technology CDO and the service is configurable via XML.
