Requirements:

Mondial Assistance Company, one of the leading providers of travel insurance and assistance services, contacted us with the requirement to create a web application for administration of claims invoices. The application will provide evidence and processing of incoming invoices, and then its transfer to partners.

The main impulse for creating new solution was the changeover to the different ERP system version so the existing system for processing of incoming invoices system became insufficient.

Solution:

MEMOS Software has created a web application containing single modules necessary for securing single tasks related to the invoices administration. Each module is represented by single screen, possibly by a group of screens throughout the graphical interface.

Moving invoices between modules is largely automated, after completion of pre-defined criteria, the invoice is automatically forwarded for further processing to the subsequent module. Thanks to the fact that many steps are automated, there is a significant simplification of work and time savings, it is not necessary to physically watch and control each individual invoice, the web application ensures these activities largely itself.

The important part of implementation was also creating a module for connection application to the existing accounting system.

The web application is programmed using ASP.NET, data are stored on the database server Microsoft SQL Server. Reports and print templates are designed using MS Reporting Services.
