Bohemia Hotels is an accommodation mediator for foreign customers in Czech Republic. The company needed for its customers and partners to create a web B2M portal, through which visitors could order and pay for their stay in hotel. Simultaneously, Bohemia Hotels could add new accommodation capacities.
Web B2M portal solution:
The resulting web application is a B2M reservation portal which has its public and private part. Public part of the web application behaves like a presentation of hotel capacities with a description, price, and hotel pictures. It is possible to enter a demand or place an order. This part of B2M portal supports automatic generating and sending of information e-mails after the demand was created. For partners logged to B2M web application, it converts prices according to their dealer category.
Web B2M portal contains an administration part as well. This part is accessible after the user with administration rights is logged on. It contains complete hotel management including possibility of entering accommodation vacancies; it allows combining hotels into groups, creating service packages, dealer settings, management of reservations and demands.
Web B2M reservation portal is programmed in ASP.NET technology and uses MS SQL Server database unit to which it accesses via saved procedures. The whole web application was being created under demands for internet search optimalization (SEO). Web B2M portal runs in 4 language mutations and allows simple addition of more. Security of communication with B2M portal is estabilished by SSL certificate.
