Challange

Call centre’s operators dealing with insurance events, replacement vehicles and assistance had several systems to work with, which were very complicated for everyday use and slow in the moment operator has a customer requiring help on phone. Requested application had to be both on desktop and web.

Solution

Simplification was achieved by integrating several systems together inside on dashboard, which provides operator complex overview and therefore fasten the solution of typical situations. Application also provides statistics and reports. Both versions (web and WPF) use only one source code and their UI is generated in the real-time.

Operators can provide their customers faster and better information for insurance events solutions.
